Hmm... not sure, the Scanner Darkly effect is an Adobe Illustrator tutorial, not photoshop. You sure you want to go there? The Sin City one looks great! Although its kind of short. Perhaps if you did it as a series? Like a comic book?

Ok! Even though this is over 25 steps though, it looks like an easy-ish tutorial. Go with this, but challenge yourself with something more. Could you do this as a series? Or add something else from another tutorial?
