This picture is really pretty. I like how the sky is so blue with the white clouds, and how it contrasts with the green grass. There's also a big depth of field, and everything is in focus. The rushing water makes the picture seem in motion. There's also the rule of third because the waterfall is on both of the line of thirds.

I don't know about this picture. For me, this photo seems to have really odd colors: the sky is such a brilliant azure blue that it really seems to distract from the grey waterfall which I feel should have been the main focus - the photo is after all called "chasing waterfalls" - and also the waterfall seems to just blend in with the stone, which I guess for me completely draw my eyes away from the waterfall, because they're so much more dominant and seem so much larger and focused than the waterfall itself. And although the picture proclaims itself as something thats "chasing waterfalls" it seems rather that we're just trying to find it. Its so hidden in the clutter of the mountains, the rocks, the sky, all vying for attention and emphasis as well that its just lost in the image.
