I think this picture has an amazing sense of line and direction. Every single thing in the frame seems to lead towards the top left. Other than the obvious tracks and the phone lines, the wood in the middle right also acts sort of like a barrier for your eyes. As your sees move towards it, it stops it and directs it towards the tracks. Same with the trees. The sudden growth of trees is rather uninviting and our eyes tend to move towards the End of the tracks. The color also, I think, plays a big part in direction. The picture seems green and lively towards the front but seems rather dark and gloomy towards the end of the track. I also think this creates a nice contrast essentially between the top and the bottom half of the frame.

i think this photo has very nice colors. in the front it is very green and grassy and as is goes on the green starts disappearing and starts turning brown. As it goes one the everything is like dead. the color of the trees are weird but interesting they look purplish.

I love the lines in this photo, and it has such nice color and depth of field.
